Privacy policy

Let's Speak! Language Academy ("Let's Speak!", "we") is legally registered in Colombia. Classes are scheduled on Spain time. This page explains what personal data we collect and why.

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, nationality, country, time zone, program, package, payment method and your message. Bookings through Cal.com: name, email, time zone and the details you enter. Reviews: name, country, rating and review text.

Why and legal basis

We use your data to reply to you, schedule classes and manage payments (to provide the service you request), and to publish reviews you choose to send (your consent).

Who sees it

Only the Let's Speak! team. Data is processed by services we use to run the academy: Google (Sheets, Meet), Zoho Mail, Cal.com, PayPal and our website host. We do not sell your data.

How long

We keep student records while you are a student and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Contact requests that do not become classes are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

Under Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and, if you live in the European Union, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for a review, by writing to [email protected]. In Colombia you may also complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).

Minors

Students aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's consent.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. It stores your currency choice in your browser only. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and follows its own privacy policy.
