Payment Methods

Payments are currently accepted via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Any transaction fees are the student's responsibility, regardless of the payment method chosen. Payment is required 48 hours before your first class.

Package Validity

Classes in your monthly package must be completed within the calendar month of purchase.

If you have remaining classes, you get a 7-day grace period after month-end to use them.

After that, unused classes do not roll over and are non-refundable.

Need to move a class?

Just give 24 hours notice, no penalty, no lost class.

Cancellations

Once a monthly package is purchased, it is non-refundable. Classes remain available to schedule throughout your grace period, and I'm always flexible with rescheduling — but cancellations aren't offered once a package has started. Enrolling in a package is a commitment on both sides: I reserve dedicated time and full attention for your learning, and I ask the same level of commitment in return.

What age groups do you teach?

I teach teenagers and adults (ages 13+). Classes are tailored to fit your maturity level and goals, whether you're a student, a working professional, or anywhere in between.

Is there a minimum language level required?

Not at all, I welcome students at every level, including complete beginners. Every class is personalized to meet you exactly where you are.

What time zone are classes scheduled in?

Classes are scheduled based in Spain (CET/CEST) but fully adapted to fit your local time zone, wherever you are in the world.

What platform do you use for live classes?

All classes are held live via Google Meet, no downloads or accounts needed beyond a Google login, and it works smoothly on both computer and mobile.

Do you offer group classes?

Yes, while most of my students choose 1-on-1 coaching for maximum personalization, group classes are also available. Reach out and I'll help you figure out the best fit for your goals and budget.
